Job Responsibilities
● PO Management: Issue, process, and track Purchase Orders (PO) accurately in the system.
● Supplier Delivery Tracking: Closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
● Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
● Supplier Coordination: Maintain good relationships with current suppliers and handle day-to-day communication.
● Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate procurement records and filing systems.
● Internal Support: Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill daily material needs.
Minimum Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
● 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
● Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
