Prochem Manufacturing Coordinator

To supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the Prochem range, ensuring efficient production, inventory control, procurement, and order fulfilment, while maintaining quality and compliance standards. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. Production and Manufacturing Coordination - Plan and schedule production runs with the manufacturing team - Ensure raw materials are available prior to production - Monitor batch progress and resolve delays - Maintain production records (batch sheets, quality controls, COAs) 2. Inventory and Stock Control - Monitor raw material and finished goods stock levels - Maintain minimum stock levels and reorder triggers - Conduct regular stock reconciliations and investigate variances 3.
