**Key Expectations**
+ Deliver high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all assigned tasks.
+ Consistently meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ Adhere strictly to SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
+ Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-to-end task delivery.
+ Actively participate in daily huddles, status meetings, and team discussions.
**Required Skills**
+ Good computer operating skills, including MS Office applications.
+ Typing speed of minimum **25 WPM with 90% accuracy** .
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills are important.
