Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Processor to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and set up injection molding machines for start-up and shutdown
  • Monitor machines and part quality to ensure smooth operation
  • Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure initial products meet output criteria
  • Troubleshoot production issues as they arise
  • Perform mold, tool, and material changes as directed
  • Optimize machine utilization to maximize efficiency
  • Follow and consistently adhere to current work instructions
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Experience:
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with injection molding machines required
