1.Process Engineer

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize processes.
• Improve yield, cycle time, quality, cost, and boost process efficiency.
• Solve process issues using DOE, FMEA, and 8D methods
• Lead process qualification and NPI activities
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and production teams
• Implement SPC and Lean/Six Sigma best practices

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Chemical, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years' experience in chemical process / semiconductor.
