Processing Technician--Heat Treat

Howmet Fastening Systems is looking for a Processing Technician in our Heat Treat department. This role is responsible for operating all equipment to perform heat treating, plating, wastewater treatment, or waste oil treatment processes. The position will perform quality checks and complete production work orders and/or related documents. When performing any tasks involving hazardous chemicals or hazardous waste, the Processing Technician will follow the regulations and requirements of SPCC Plan, RCRA regulations and operating procedures involving hazardous chemicals outlined in the Huck Fasteners Environmental management. This position will be based in our Waco, TX plant.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate mechanical and electro-plating equipment, and other metal finishing processes, and be familiar with plating methods and metal finishing procedures.
