Job Description
Lead process operations at Elk Valley Resources as a Supervisor. This on-site role focuses on maximizing production efficiency while ensuring safety and adherence to environmental standards.
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will oversee processing crews to achieve production targets. Your leadership will empower teams, emphasize health and safety compliance, and coordinate activities across various departments. You will also work in a 4x4 shift rotation that includes both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and supervise process operations crews effectively
• Implement and uphold safety programs and policies
• Set clear goals for production and quality objectives
• Coordinate activities with Mine Operations and Logistics
• Maximize yield while ensuring product quality meets standards
