Overview

Hire Resolve’s client, leading plastic manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Process Manager to join the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee high-productivity processes & perform preventative/corrective maintenance.
  • Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas.
  • Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees.
  • Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements.

    • Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in plastic manufacturing & injection machine setup.
  • Tertiary qualification required.
  • Strong analytical & communication skills (all levels).
  • Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic.
