Our client in Pemba is looking for Processing Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the Mining Sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing of daily production by means of vacuuming and size screening.

  • Preparation of data sheets relating incoming material, sizing data and other client recovery.

  • Manpower management.

  • Ensure that the material is correctly and accurately sized to enable effective sorting.

  • Ensure that residual material from sizing is accurately recorded and securely stored.

  • Keep track of all equipment breakdowns.

  • Transmit any equipment shortages and requirements.

  • Execute regular maintenance on glove boxes and storage areas.

    • Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical / Process / Mechanical Engineering.

  • Experience in sort house especially gemstones.
