Assist customer service and service teams to address customer requests and scheduling based on knowledge of the facility operations and status. Other duties as directed or required Experience and understanding of industrial and liquid waste industry preferred with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Effective interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Possess superior organizational and people management skills of large teams.
