Job Description
Responsible for creating process strategies to optimize productivity, eliminate wastefulness and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards of marketing programs. Will also be responsible for documentation, cascade and implementation of these processes and measurement of its impact.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct interviews and workshops with Stakeholders and Process Owners to thoroughly review and understand Marketing processes.
Analyze and Optimize Processes: Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, reduce waste, and recommend automation opportunities in collaboration with management and relevant teams.
