Process Training

Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of experience in current supervisory role or assignment in the BPO setting is required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare/insurance process is preferred
Understanding of Healthcare insurance cycle and processes
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to work effectively, independently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Job Description
Direct guide and monitor training in allocated processes and ensure that training deliverables (monitoring, feedback, production, reporting) targets are met.
Routinely review, evaluate and update training procedures, programs and materials.
Assess trends, issues, and recommend long-term training plans.
Confer with Department Managers to determine training needs as to type, extent and scope, schedules and procedures.
