Qualifications
At least 3-4 years of experience in current supervisory role or assignment in the BPO setting is required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare/insurance process is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills.
Effective analytical/ problem solving skills
Understanding of Healthcare insurance cycle and processes
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to work effectively, independently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting priorities.
