Schedule: Shifting schedule / Night shift (No fixed weekends off)

Requirements:

  • College Grad
  • With PHRN or USRN
  • With 2 years of experience as a Process Trainer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Significant experience in a call centre or customer service training role, with a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify training needs and implement tailored solutions
