Job Description Summary
The primary role of this position is to educate and develop competent staff capable of delivering client-defined requirements. The role focuses on transferring process knowledge and related skills essential to achieving production readiness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Management & Training Delivery
Conduct new hire interviews and provide structured feedback to Operations
Facilitate classroom process training, up-training, and cross-skilling for new hires, tenured employees, and transferees
Deliver clinical capability development trainings to Operations frontline staff as required (e.g., Clinical Pre-process Training for USRN trainers)
Monitor trainee attendance throughout the training duration
Design and implement effective learning exercises and assessments
Evaluate operations, programs, and training practices for quality and effectiveness, and recommend improvements
