Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer – AR Claims to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our healthcare AR (Accounts Receivable) teams. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on knowledge of AR workflows, payer rules, and denial management, along with a passion for coaching and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver new hire and refresher training on AR Claims, Follow-ups, Denials, and Appeals
Conduct process training on payer-specific guidelines
Develop and update training materials including SOPs, process decks, assessments, and job aids
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and quality audits
Identify knowledge gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions
Partner with Operations, Quality, and SMEs to align training with process updates
Support transition of processes and new client onboarding
Track and report training effectiveness and readiness metrics
