Process Trainer
Training Content & Delivery
Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Mandatory experience in
Process Training .
Design and develop training modules for process and product training.
Deliver New Hire Training (NHT), refresher trainings, and ongoing skill development programs.
Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, modules, and assessments.
Utilize multiple training methodologies including classroom training, e-learning, and hands-on simulations.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
Team Support & Stakeholder Collaboration
Mentor and support process trainers to ensure quality training delivery.
