What You’ll Do
Deliver impactful training programs for new hires and production teams
Evaluate training effectiveness and share actionable MIS with Operations
Coach, mentor, and support agents through regular performance observations
Maintain and update training content in line with process changes
Conduct refresher trainings based on Training Needs Identification (TNI)
Participate in internal and external calibration sessions
