Role
We are hiring Process Trainer for a multi-functional captive setup who can deliver new hire training, process/product training, and continuous upskilling alongside strong capability in soft skills, leadership training and behavioural development training. The role requires someone who can simplify complex workflows, drive learning adoption on the floor, and improve performance through structured coaching.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience as a Process Trainer/Soft skills or Leadership Trainer in any setup, prefereably contact centres.
- Strong expertise in training delivery + facilitation (classroom and virtual).
- Hands-on capability in soft skills / behavioural training and leadership trainings.
- Strong process orientation: SOP understanding, workflows, compliance mindset.
- Ability to coach with clarity and empathy; good feedback and classroom control.
