Requirements:
- Education: Finished 2 years of College Education (No back subjects)
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in BPO, with at least 2 years as a Process Trainer in a Life Insurance or Healthcare Insurance LOB.
Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct new-hire training (nesting), refresher training, and process updates.
- Content Development: Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quizzes based on evolving processes.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and report on training effectiveness (KPIs) to operations.
