Process Technologist

The Role

As a Process Technologist , you'll be instrumental in bringing innovative products to life - taking them from kitchen concept to full-scale factory production. You'll ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety and customer expectation, while driving efficiency across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Scale-Up & Factory Trials

  • Partner with NPD to translate recipes into scalable manufacturing processes.

  • Plan, coordinate and lead factory trials, refining processes to deliver consistent quality and optimal performance.

Process Optimisation

  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve line efficiency.

  • Support Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives through data-driven analysis and practical solutions.
