Process Technician

Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through process engineering activities, including the creation of technical documentation and optimization of production methods. Works as part of the Engineering team to ensure products are manufactured in line with company and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Support production by creating and validating CNC programs for lathes and milling machines
  • Modify G code to ensure the first produced part meets drawing specifications
  • Assist with the design and implementation of tooling, jigs, and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and intervene where necessary to enhance performance
  • Train operators, line leads, and trainers on process updates and enhancements
