Process Technician

Overview

As a Process Technician, you will be integral to site production. You will operate state-of-the-art machinery daily, have the opportunity to generate ideas and implement improvements, and be a problem solver, a technical expert, and a go-to person for all things liquid processing. You will be a valued colleague working as part of a quality-driven, passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a healthy, inclusive and safe work environment, and role model our character mindset.
• Support Continuous Improvement through the use of Lean Tools.
• Follow departmental KPIs, minimizing, managing, and reporting losses.
• Operate machines and processing equipment using operating interfaces.
• Identify and address the root cause of problems.
• Run the department's processes and resolve process failures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, and implement appropriate solutions.
