Process Technician

Were working with a manufacturing company in the Greater Milwaukee, WI area thats looking to add a Process Technician to their team. This is a hands-on role within a plastic injection molding environment. The right individual will be responsible for mold setups, establishing and adjusting process parameters, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting continuous improvement efforts on the production floor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working closely with production and engineering, and helping ensure consistent, high-quality parts.
