Process Technician (Litho Process)

Responsibilities

• The process technician is responsible to support process engineers with various engineering projects in the area of cost & quality improvement, line stability, tool qualification. Daily attend to process deviation such as FDC, SPC, CBM violation. Responsible for recovery of wafers and dispose according to OCAP. Experience knowledge to litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must.
• Provide line support for process setup, recovery & corrective actions to meet KPIs defined in the lithography department.
