Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Process Technician I to join us.

This is a senior-level position where you will oversee daily operations, lead troubleshooting activities, and guide junior technicians to ensure smooth and safe production.

You will play an important role in maintaining plant performance, ensuring product quality, and upholding high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor reactors, distillation units, filtration systems, pumps, etc.
• Analyse process parameters and make advanced adjustments to maintain stable operations
• Lead start-up, shutdown, and production changeover activities
• Train and mentor Process Technician II and junior staff
• Troubleshoot process issues and support root cause analysis
• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and Engineering teams as needed
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
