Job Description

Summary:

This role is responsible for daily trouble shooting of process issues, investigating the root cause, analysis and data collection and implementing trial according to plan.


Essential Functions:

  • Implement improvement actions and verify improvement effectiveness
  • Implement trial according to trial plan
  • Conduct experiment for process improvements and new production or new material development
  • Create and refine the standard operating procedures (SOPs); train production staff on revised SOPs
  • 5SSafetyEnvironment actions implementation and review
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education
  • 2+ years chemical process experience in a manufacturing company
  • Demonstrated ability using quality control tools
