Process Technician

Job description

1) Prefer experince in Tape n reel, visual inspection and die attach process background.

2) Monitoring, troubleshotingnand improving production processes in the shop floor

3) Provide technical support for sustaining product / NPI

4) Able to coach operator on the machine operation, SOP.

5) Root cause analysis for process related issue and implement corrective / preventive action

6) Conduct daily check on process parameter and maintain process control records

7) Perform line setup, process verification, and first article inspection to ensure production readiness

8) Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure continuos improvement in yield, efficiency and quality

Requirement :

1) Computer literate n proficient with microsoft office

2) Able to compile and prepare report

3) lndependent n able to work in fast moving environment

4) Strong analytical skills n attention to detail ...
