Process Supervisor

Job Description:

• Analyzing current production and utility processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Leading the development and implementation of standardized operating procedures and best practices.
• Collaborating closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and Research & Development (R&D) teams to troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Ensuring that engineering solutions align with product and process requirements.
• Onboarding, training, coaching, and engaging staff to support their growth and performance

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or any related course.

Experience:

At least 3 years of proven experience in process engineering within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
