The role of Specialist, Lean,QMS (Continuous Improvement) is to act as a business partner who works closely with middle management and the teams, understand business priorities, proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support successful achievement of DSV GBS strategic goals and objectives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within GBS

  • Cooperation with GBS units and teams and other process stakeholders, 

  • Track and report continuous improvement project and initiatives,

  • Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA review,

  • Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/ standard work program for GBS,
