We’re expanding our remote operations team and hiring a Process Serving Operations Specialist to help close out jobs, verify details, and prepare affidavits with accuracy and professionalism.

This role is perfect for someone who has worked in process serving, paralegal support, or legal administration and understands the importance of precision, speed, accuracy and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Review job notes, invoices and proof of service documentation for accuracy
• Prepare and finalize affidavits of service and non-service
• Communicate with process servers and clients regarding case updates and status
• Close out completed jobs within deadlines and maintain detailed records
