Job Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Provide expertise, support, and consultation on process safety, risk management planning, and regulatory interpretation assistance to the plant, to achieve its goal of zero process safety incidents, incident-free performance, and full compliance with OSHA’s Process Safety Management requirements, Operational Excellence System, and Responsible Care® standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Process Safety Management Execution

  • Champion process safety excellence culture at the facility in line with Journey to Zero goal.

  • Facilitate compliance with OSHA’s Process Safety Management requirements.

  • Steward the MOC/PSSR process to ensure changes are effectively managed and documented.

  • Facilitate PHAs, LOPAs, QRAs, Facility Siting, and similar risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation processes using appropriate methodologies as per regulatory and appli...
