MHI Risk Engineers is a specialist consultancy delivering Major Hazard Installation (MHI) Risk Assessments, QRA, HAZOPs, and regulatory compliance across South Africa.
We are seeking a competent, delivery-focused engineer to strengthen our technical team.
Key Responsibilities
MHI Risk Assessments (SANS 1461 aligned)
QRA & consequence modelling
HAZOP / HIRA participation
Technical report writing and review
Working within an ISO/IEC 17020 environment
Managing junior engineers
Managing project schedules
preparing training documents as needed
Customer liason
Product development as needed
Requirements
• 6–10 years relevant experience
• Engineering / scientific qualification (Chemical preferred)
• Strong process safety and risk background
• Ability to work independently and deliver quality work
