Job Description
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
- 3 to 5+ years of quality experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dedicated Process Quality Engineer (PQE) role.
- Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is highly preferred.
- Experience in the following processes:
- Lamination
- Cutting
- Sewing
- Professional English level.
- IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certification preferred.Knowledge & SkillsQuality Core Tools- APQP
- PPAP
- DFMEA / PFMEA
- MSA
- SPCTools & Methodologies- Problem-solving methodologies.
- Statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Minitab.Process Knowledge- Strong understanding of:
- Production line processes
- Control Plans (CP)
- Standard Inspection Procedures (SIP)Quality Systems
