Process Quality Engineer - Mechanical (Burnaby)

Role Overview

As a Quality Engineer on Kardium’s Quality Engineering team, you will support the manufacturing of a class III medical device, ensuring product quality, process stability and compliance in a hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby, BC.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of Kardium’s products and manufacturing processes and apply that knowledge across the required domains.
• Investigate, review, and disposition non-conforming products and materials.
• Lead technical investigations, root‑cause analyses and benchtop testing in collaboration with engineering subject matter experts to resolve quality issues and provide corrective or preventive actions.
• Develop processes for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on product quality and process stability, aligned with the development of Kardium’s ERP system.
