We are seeking a Process Quality Engineer to manage quality for the daily production line, address process issues related to product quality in a timely manner, ensure the quality of products and services, and meet or exceed customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of quality management of the daily production line, address process issues related to product quality in a timely manner, ensure the quality of products and services, meet or exceed customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, provide customer feedback within 24 hours, maintain good exchange and communication with customers.
• Formulate inspection and control documents for product quality, and conduct on-the-job training and assessment for relevant personnel.
