Process Quality Engineer

1.0 Ensure monitoring of product quality performance both appearance and dimensions thru daily checking of IPQC data and ensure full implementation in Quality Control Inspection Standard (QCIS) requirements; and provide immediate disposition on failed results.

2.0 Ensure on-time and effective feedback and information to both external customers and internal processes with regards to quality related issues.

3.0 Ensure weekly quality meeting with the product group to discuss quality issues and provide improvements.

4.0 Ensure implementation of all programs and activities to prevent escapees to internal customer and achieve acceptable quality level.

5.0 Recommends action to be taken and disposition for non-conforming parts.

6.0 Ensure quality data summary and reports daily, weekly and monthly as required.

7.0 Communicate and reply to customer queries and requirements (internal / external)
