Process & Proposal Manager

Job Summary :

The Process Manager will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of water and wastewater treatment plants. They will be responsible for preparing proposals and performing process engineering tasks. The Process manager will work closely with the Detail engineering, Project Management, sales and business development teams to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise during the detail engineering and proposal development. They will also collaborate with the Process & Applications Engineering team, Commissioning and the NPI team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Process Manager will represent Gradiant in compliance with company culture and standards.
