Process & Production Engineer

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Process & Production Engineer who will be part of operation team and focus on manufacturing process improvement.

Your Tasks:

• Monitor production progress, work-in-process status, and output performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control plan.
• Lead inprocess optimization, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and complete manufacturing records, production documentation, and standard operating procedures in accordance with company policies.
