Process Owner Pick&Place programming

1. Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal- & safety requirements, engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.

2. Plan and recommend the Pick and place programming & line design optimization to improve the placement yield of the line.

3. Prepare, execute and document technical readiness of programs for NPI & ECR.

4. Internal and Customer defect avoidance and reduction

6. Develop and implement productivity and process improvements (e.g. CT reduction, cost reduction etc.,).

7. 2nd level machine downtime problem solving and developing concepts for high machine uptime.

Periodic / Ocassional :

1. Assure Machine capability.

2. Assure compliance in internal and external Audits.

3. Proactive identification of potential quality risks and containment/correction.

4. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment (in and out: Training of Maintenance and Production, CN Lessons...
