The Staff Process Optimisation Engineer is a strategic and technical leadership role responsible for the development and optimisation of processes through the application of new technology and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques ensuring delivery of significant cost savings and robust manufacturing processes. The Staff Engineer will play a crucial role in influencing the overall culture of the team embracing new technology, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you will do:
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring alignment on strategy, project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Complete detailed technical assessments of current state processes and their associated KPI's in support of the development of an optimised manufacturing strategy and technology roadmap.
