PROCESS OPERATORS NEEDED IN TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)

We are proud to be working with a leading food manufacturing business in Telford to help them recruit 10 Process Operators on a permanent basis, this will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotating 12 hour days and nights), the starting salary is just under £34,000 per annum, initially rising to just under £39,500 per annum, and then finally increase to just under £43,500 per annum once fully signed off and trained.

Whilst the hiring manager would prefer someone who has worked within a similar role before, this could also be a great fit for someone who is ex-services (Army, RAF, Navy, Marines) who has a mechanical aptitude and is process driven and focused.

In terms of previous experience within a production / manufacturing facility, these jobs would be a great fit for someone who has previously worked as a Production Technician, Process Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Technical Operat...
