Process Operator Supervisor

• Be responsible to empower the process team through setting expectations and objectives using the implementation of operating plans, procedures, and programs.
• Cultivate a positive safety culture and ensure team members are complying with company policies to ensure duties and responsibilities are performed in a satisfactory manner.
• Provide ongoing communication, coaching, feedback and mentoring to Process Operators.
• Prepare and conduct performance reviews for team members.

Who you’ll work with :

The Team : You will work closely with Process Operators and Process Supervisors. You will lead a team of up to 10 Process Operators and report to the Section (Zone) Supervisor. This team strives to cultivate a culture of efficiency, safety, and collaboration.
