**Process Technician**

+ Operate and monitor production equipment
+ Load materials and support manufacturing processes
+ Perform quality checks and record production data
+ Troubleshoot minor equipment issues

+ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
+ Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
