Process Operator

Operate production equipment and machinery independently, including milling machines, blenders, grinders, PLC systems, dryers, pumps, forklifts, and related tools.

Follow all safety and quality requirements, including proper use of PPE and protection of materials during processing.

Carry out raw material compounding and finished goods packing in full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and established process control standards.

Complete production batches according to the planned schedule and output targets.

Immediately halt operations and escalat(e) any abnormalities or safety concerns.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with company health, safety, environmental, ISO, and regulatory standards.

Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the department.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
