About the Role
You will own critical driver-partner-facing processes across Uber’s ANZ markets, ensuring they operate effectively, remain compliant with local regulations, and deliver a seamless experience for driver-partners.
The role focuses on improving outcomes for Uber, regulators, and driver-partners through strong process design, execution, and assurance, while leading initiatives to remediate gaps and unlock value through automation and offshoring.
You will also manage and develop junior team members locally and offshore support functions, driving high standards of delivery and accountability.
