This is what you will do

The new Process Manager has to define, plan, communicate and execute activities according to Uptime roadmap and strategic targets aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.

You need to be customer oriented and you need to be able to anticipate in change them. 
Other responisbilities as Process Manager are: 

  • Develop and drive continuous improvements;
  • Monitor and measure the process according established KPIs;
  • Coach and support local process responsible in implementation of change;
  • Act as project manager, advisor and subject matter-expert in projects;
  • Define risks and establish and plan mitigations.
  • In this rol you report to the Head of Uptime and you have the possibility to work hybrid.
