Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across systems and physical stock

  • Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances

  • Update inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems

  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams for stock movement and replenishment

  • Prepare inventory reports (stock levels, aging, variances) for management

  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments)

  • Support audits by providing inventory records and explanations

  • Implement and follow inventory control procedures and best practices
