Purpose Statement: To manage, control, and improve the process engineering technologies at the site level, including quoting new opportunities where needed.

Key Job Accountabilities:

  1. Manage DFx development associated with RFQs.
  2. Support DFx Guideline Development.
  3. Lead new customer/product introductions.
  4. Manage process controls.
  5. Lead new technology development and implementation.
  6. Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating Plexus' core values. Focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) years of related experience required; three (3) or more years preferred.
