Process Documentation & Mapping

  • Document business processes, workflows, SOPs, policies, and procedures in a clear, structured, and standardized format.
  • Gather process information through interviews, workshops, meetings, and coordination with process owners and department representatives.
  • Analyze operational activities and convert them into formal process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Support process mapping initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, PowerPoint, or similar applications.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of process documentation and ensure documents are properly organized and accessible.

Documentation Management

  • Review, maintain, and update existing process documentation to reflect operational, regulatory, or organizational changes.
